Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in a K-12 school setting located in Marrero, LA. This contract role supports students from PreK through 8th grade, providing speech and language services within an onsite environment. Both experienced licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver traditional speech-language pathology services to students, identifying and supporting individual communication needs.
• Manage a caseload of 50-60 students (PreK-8th) or 55 students (4th-8th), depending on preference.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational and clinical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Valid state licensure or certification eligible for school-based practice.
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Open to Clinical Fellows currently completing certification requirements.

Location:

• Onsite position in Marrero, Louisiana
• Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week
