We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 46 years of Agile coaching or Scrum Master experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban, and experience implementing these techniques across diverse environments. This role involves coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement to help teams achieve sprint and release goals. Key Responsibilities Implement Agile techniques in projects of varying size and complexity. Coach new and existing teams on Scrum and/or Kanban/Scrumban best practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles. Support teams in meeting sprint and release goals while maturing in Agile practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile processes with business objectives. Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA, AgileCraft, VersionOne, or TFS for project tracking. Promote continuous testing, integration, and delivery practices. Required Qualifications Minimum 46 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master. Deep knowledge of Scrum roles, ceremonies, and Agile principles. Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, AgileCraft, VersionOne, TFS). Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration. Preferred Qualifications Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Coach (PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC), or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC).
