What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve business retention and growth targets
• Create strategies to proactively address risks and opportunities related to customer adoption and engagement
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders to enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Participate in business reviews to highlight risks, opportunities, and progress on key initiatives
• Own the retention forecast for strategic customers and report on mitigation strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Management roles, with at least 3 years as a Senior Customer Success Manager or Principal
• 2-3 years of direct experience managing a high-functioning team of Customer Success Managers
• Proven experience working with high-touch customers and managing executive relationships
• Familiarity with Customer Success tools and experience implementing them across teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis, synthesis, and reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Past sales experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under pressure
