Position Summary: As an SEO Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing The Providence Groups' online visibility and driving organic traffic to our digital properties. Collaborating with the Marketing team and TPG companies, you will develop and implement SEO strategies that align with business goals, conduct thorough keyword research, and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical foundation and a passion for optimizing digital content. This full-time position is based in the greater Nashville area. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates. Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and inform content development. Conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to address issues, including site speed, crawlability, and mobile optimization. Optimize website architecture, metadata, and on-page elements to align with SEO best practices. Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content that drives engagement and supports business objectives. Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies. Identify and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and referral traffic. Provide regular reporting on SEO performance and actionable insights to stakeholders. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving organic search performance. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs. Experience with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms such as WordPress. Familiarity with technical SEO principles, including structured data and XML sitemaps. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
