A Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) develops individualized treatment plans and delivers evidence-based therapy to clients with behavioral needs. They supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while collaborating closely with families to track progress and celebrate achievements. Competitive Salary: $78,000 to $81,000 including bonuses. Ability to earn more through additional performance-based bonuses.
