Now Hiring: Sales Manager

Base Salary $65,000-75,000 plus bonuses; total annual earnings of $95-125K

Location: ProSource of Detroit Metro in Romulus, MI

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, driving them to reach and exceed their sales potential.
• Strategize & Achieve: Ensure profitability goals are met and surpassed by strategically assigning leads and territories and implementing innovative sales methods.
• Develop & Coach: Track and analyze sales performance, guide your team, and develop actionable plans for success.
• Recruit & Train: Attract, onboard, and nurture new team members using our comprehensive training processes.
• Optimize & Promote: Select and display the best products for your market, plan exciting showroom events, and stay ahead of industry trends.

You could be a perfect fit if you have:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales management. Experience in wholesale sales or flooring is a plus .
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle reports, P&L statements, and numerical data effectively.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about leading a high-performing team to success.
