Job Summary:
The Skid Steer Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating machinery and equipment for material handling, production, and inspection tasks. This role includes following safety protocols, adhering to operational standards, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate assigned machinery and equipment, including the physical loading/unloading of materials.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate material handling equipment for production and/or movement of units as directed.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring safety features are functional.
• Load and unload raw or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Perform housekeeping and general maintenance duties within the work area.
• Adhere to all work location rules and procedures.
• Complete additional tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience operating a skid steer.
• Familiarity with safety policies and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as loading and unloading materials.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting products for quality control.
