Schedule: 0.4 FTE (2 Days/Week, 16 Hours/Week)

Population: High School Students

Caseload: 16 Moderate to Severe Students

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time opportunity in the Los Gatos area. This position is perfect for an experienced SLP looking to work with high school students, specifically managing a caseload of 16 students with moderate to severe needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions for high school students.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Conduct assessments and track student progress.
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid California SLP license.
• Experience working with high school populations, particularly with moderate to severe cases.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
