Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide speech-language therapy services for elementary students in a public school setting in Mobile, AL. This contract position supports Kindergarten through 5th-grade students with communication disorders, working closely with teachers and school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Location: Mobile, Alabama (Elementary School)
Contract Duration: March 15, 2026 May 29, 2026 (with potential for an additional position starting ASAP through May 29, 2026)
Hours: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for students K-5
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC) or educator certification in speech-language pathology
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5) preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work onsite in the school setting
  • Flexibility to cover multiple elementary campuses as assigned
