Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support Pre-K students at an elementary school located in Moriarty, NM. This contract position extends through May 29th, 2026, with a caseload of approximately 28 young learners. The role is designed with a balanced schedule of four days per week, allowing focused, impactful service delivery to early childhood students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention tailored to the needs of Pre-K students
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in team meetings to support student development and program goals

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) license is mandatory; applications without this license will not be considered
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with early childhood/elementary populations
