Overview

Base pay range: $72,400.00/yr - $101,400.00/yr. This range is provided by Starbucks. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Qualifications

• 3 years retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of US Military service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners
• Minimum High School diploma or GED

Requirements

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
• Ability to work full time (often >40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
