Base pay range

$72,400.00/yr - $101,400.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Store operations management to deliver the Starbucks experience, financial success, team building, and community meeting place concepts.
• Delight and uplift customers through human connection; manage operations to align with brand and business practices.
• Autonomously grow a multi-million dollar business by leveraging sales, business acumen, efficiency and problem solving.
• Nurture talent and lead a team by engaging beliefs and developing skills for individuals and thriving teams.
• Inspire others and act as a dynamic brand ambassador focused on achieving results through the team.
• Impact the community by integrating business with the community to create better moments for partners, customers, communities and the planet.

Qualifications

• 3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
• Minimum High School diploma or GED

Requirements

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be employed in the country of application
• Ability to work full time (often exceeding 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
