Supervisor of Mail Services

This is a 6-month contract, fully onsite position in Alpharetta, GA!
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Supervisor of Mail Services:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Mail Services department, including receiving, scanning, and batching of all incoming paper documents
• Ensure the efficient distribution of all internal mail within the campus
• Work closely with the Manager to ensure all control procedures are being followed

Required Skills for Supervisor of Mail Services:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mail room environment
• Prior supervisory experience is required
• Associate's degree is preferred
• Ability to pass a full background check and verify the last 7 years of employment
