Talent Acquisition Specialist
Lynn, MA
$60,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Recruit, interview, pre-screen and work with both temporary/contract and direct hire workforce to fulfill client job order requirements
• Work closely with company-trained sales initiatives relative to marketing candidates
• Administer and host various order fulfillment tasks as delegated by management 
• Provide leads to sales division
• Assist with plant and/or onsite transitions; implement strategic planning
• Provide recruiting and/or administrative coverage in branches when needed
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of recruiting resources
• Significant marketing of applicants through intensive job searching
• Post jobs on various outlets (i.e. job boards, local colleges, career centers)
• Participate, schedule, attend and constantly research upcoming recruiting events (i.e. Open Houses, Job Fairs, networking events)
• Report injured workers to corporate office; assist with modified work efforts and investigations
• Resume searching using a variety of search engines
• Act as Account Manager and Primary TAS for assigned clients per manager
• Source, pre-screen, submit, and arrange candidate interviews for temporary/contract and direct hire division
• Conduct reference checks, as needed
• Counsel temporary employees on job performance; issue corrective actions
• Perform administrative duties including but not limited to application intake and new hire orientation session

Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry required
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
• Customer service and time management skills
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft programs (MS Outlook and Word required)
• Must be very familiar with a variety of online recruiting site
