Description:

2 month project to help reorganize the HR Dept

+ Clean out, organize, alphabetize, scan and categorize Employee Records, I9s, all personnel documents

+ Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and direct communications between colleagues and customers

+ Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain calendars

+ Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms, and edit communications such as reports and instructional documents

+ Develop and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, and review and maintain written and computer files

+ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain meeting minutes

+ Update and maintain office policies and procedures

+ Conduct data entry

+ Research and collect information on administrative matters

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Must have 2 years of administrative experience

+ No degree required

+ Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
