Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in the emergency department.


• Collaborate with a dedicated team to improve patient outcomes.


• Engage in real-time coaching and feedback with peers.


• Adapt to different sections within the emergency department as needed.


• Implement patient experience initiatives while ensuring respectful behavior.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a high-volume emergency department.


• Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center is preferred.


• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before hire, and ENPC within 90 days of hire.
