Profession: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Queen Creek, AZ

Shift Type: Nights

Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

 

Submission Requirements:

• Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered -  please include a copy in submission
• 24 months minimum of current NICU experience -  REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and  INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION -  REQUIRED
• No License Hits -  REQUIRED
• NO RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• Flu vaccination - declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
• Travel experience - Preferred

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements:

• Arizona
• Compact Allowed
