This role includes significant time at our partner facility, Terrace Heights Family Pet Clinic, with a primary focus on small animal medicine. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the veterinary team to ensure high-quality medical standards and operations. - Develop and implement practice policies and procedures that ensure optimal patient care. - Perform surgeries, administer diagnostics, and manage patient treatment plans. - Drive the educational development of the team through mentorship and training. - Engage with our client community, building lasting relationships and promoting pet health education. Qualifications: - DVM or equivalent, licensed to practice in Washington State. - All levels of experience welcome; leadership experience or potential is a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in surgery and dentistry. - A passion for teaching and mentorship.
