Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Waiter / Bartender to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fine dining service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly. Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (for bartender role). Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine, and cocktails. Ensure tables and bar areas are clean, organized, and properly set. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a professional approach. Collaborate with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service. Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Qualifications: Previous experience as a waiter or bartender (fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred). Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines (for bartender role). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and detail-driven.
