Join to apply for the APeX Rehab Analyst role at UCSF Health Job Summary The APeX Rehab team is part of the Clinical Systems department, responsible for maintaining UCSF's electronic health record (Epic) and the Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland’s EHR. The APeX Rehab Analyst reports to the APeX Ambulatory Team Lead and collaborates with the APeX Rehab analyst on the APeX Inpatient Clinical Documentation Team. The salary range for this position is $102,100 - $187,600 annually, with final salary based on experience and internal equity. Department Description Clinical Systems manages UCSF's Epic electronic health record software, known as Apex. The APeX Rehab Analyst enhances and maintains this system, providing support to end users across multiple UCSF locations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare IT, computer science, or related, or equivalent experience. At least three years relevant work experience. Knowledge of clinical applications, including design, implementation, and support. EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, and Rehab certifications within 6 months of hire. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to train and support users at all levels. Analytical skills for reporting and system performance analysis. Preferred Qualifications Clinical license (RN, MA, or other certification).
