Exciting Career Opportunity: Concierge at The Elysian at Stonefield!

Thalhimer is looking to add a talented Concierge to our Thalhimer Multifamily team at The Elysian at Stonefield in Charlottesville, VA . If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy being the friendly face of a vibrant community, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

As a Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, prospective residents, and guests-playing a crucial role in building a welcoming and engaging community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist residents, prospects, vendors, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Resident Services: Support resident needs, manage after-hours package pickup, maintain the coffee bar, and assist with events and outreach.
• Communication: Address resident concerns promptly and professionally, and keep residents informed through platforms like Knock.
• Community Presentation: Monitor the upkeep of community amenities and ensure a clean, well-stocked, and presentable front desk and common area.
• Local Expertise: Provide knowledge about the community and surrounding area to help market the property effectively.

• Familiarity with tools like Knock, Microsoft Office, and general office systems.
• Social media experience and/or event planning support is a plus.
• A genuine interest in creating a welcoming and enjoyable resident experience.
