**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform alterations on various types of garments, including dresses, suits, trousers, and coats.
- Provide fitting consultations, helping clients choose the best fit and style.
- Measure clients accurately to ensure precise alterations.
- Repair and modify clothing as needed, including hemming, resizing, and patching.
- Create custom garments according to client specifications and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and tailoring techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a tailor or alterations specialist.
- Proficiency in sewing techniques, tools, and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of fashion design is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or formal training in tailoring or fashion design is preferred.
