We are a fast-growing small business based out of Sanford Florida, seeking a Finish Carpenter to support further growth.

Typical duties include ( but are not limited to ):

Painting, Flooring, Drywall, Minor Demolition, Cosmetic Remodel, Other misc. Repairs, Some Heavy Lifting Required

Candidate must:

  • Perform all duties assigned by the Owner and follow instructions to ensure safety
  • Prepare and carry materials, tools and supplies from trucks to job site as necessary to be ready for the day
  • Complete previous projects or receive new project instructions
  • Clean up job site at the end of the day, ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night and maintain the Customer's Property
  • Be Reliable, Punctual, Dependable, Respectful with advanced organizational skills
  • Have a Strong Work Ethic and Rigorous Attention to Detail
  • Have an Aptitude for Problem-Solving
  • Ability to work with Hardware Tools and in all weather conditions
  • Able to work independently or as an active member of a team and possess a willingness to learn
  • Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to follow verbal instructions and ideas

Basic/Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
  • Have own transportation and a valid driver’s license ( truck or van preferred )
  • Speak English Fluently and Effectively Communicate with Customers, as necessary
  • Able to pass drug and background screening
  • Have previous Construction experience doing similar work or working in a similar setting. 5+ years .
  • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

Position is Full Time, (Monday-Thursday 8:00 to 6:30). Pay is $20 - $32/hr., commensurate with experience. Possibility for growth within the company.
