📍Location: McConnellsburg, PA

🕒Shift: Monday –Thursday | 4PM–2AM

💥Immediate Start – No Training Class Required!

💵Pay Range:$22.75 – $26.40/hour

(Based on experience & weld test)

🎉Sign-On Bonus:$1,500 in Your First Year!(Paid in 3 installments)

💰Double Time Pay for Sunday work!

🛠️Your Role

• Perform MIG welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Safely operate over head cranes and hand tools
• Weld and assemble metal parts and components
• Adjust weld settings and form meta las needed
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure top quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Rotate across production areas as needed

✅What You Bring

• 6+ months of MIG, TIG, or Stick welding experience (school or work)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Welding certification is a plus
• Must wear steel-toed leather boots

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment
