Job Description

We are seeking curious and driven early in career candidates to join our Marketing Intern Program. Interns will be placed within a specific Marketing function through a matching process. In your placement, you'll contribute to meaningful projects and gain valuable, hands-on experience in a 12-week summer internship.

We are seeking students with an AI first mindset - those eager to think differently, challenge the status quo, and help shape the future of Marketing at ServiceNow. Our Marketing team plays a critical role in advancing ServiceNow's company priorities: leading in AI innovation, shaping the best-in-class experience for our customers, driving scalable growth, and delivering operational excellence.

Opportunities are available across multiple teams and may include:

  • Company Marketing: Defines the overarching corporate narrative to ensure consistent company messaging across all audiences and hosts executive experiences that showcase ServiceNow's vision and narrative to deepen customer relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Digital Marketing: Designs digital experiences across the end-to-end customer journey that attract, engage, and convert.
  • Enterprise & Field Marketing: Brings marketing to life in regions around the world and with our partners.
  • Global Brand Marketing: Global Brand Marketing creates the defining enterprise software brand of the 21st century through strategic positioning, emotional storytelling, and immersive experience across all channels.
  • Global Marketing Strategic Operations: Enables Marketing to deliver elite level results through strategic planning, process excellence, operations, and change management excellence.
  • Global Sales Development: Engages with prospects and customers to create and accelerate quality pipeline. Our Sales Development Representatives are equipped with coaching, tools, technology and AI to maximize performance, deliver results, and prepare for future roles within ServiceNow.
  • Global Strategic Events: Creates events experiences that are the ultimate expression of our brand to wow customers and leaders.
  • Integrated Marketing: Runs global campaigns, develops content strategies, and connects programs across the customer journey.
  • Marketing Analytics: Delivers data and analytics to inform our marketing strategy and measure impact.
  • Product & Solutions Marketing: Defines and curates buyer personas and delivers compelling messaging to drive awareness and differentiation in the marketplace.
Qualifications

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Passion for storytelling and identifying trends
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in AI, marketing, and building new skills
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student and graduating December 2026 or thereafter

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $33.51/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
