Therady is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our care team in Blackfoot. This role offers the unique opportunity to support clients across both pediatric and transitional care settings, helping individuals of all ages build independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans to promote functional independence in fine motor skills, self-care, and adaptive behavior
• Support pediatric clients and individuals transitioning from hospital to home care
• Educate families and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment
• Document treatment sessions and client progress with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain organized therapy spaces and ensure equipment is in working order
• Collaborate with a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered care
