Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

Salary: $70,000-100,000

Location: REMOTE

Respected law firm based in Los Angeles is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their litigation team on a remote basis. The paralegal will support the attorney in all aspects of the litigation process, from case analysis to trial preparation. The ideal candidate will possess a paralegal certificate and have experience in personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting case analysis and research to support legal proceedings
• Assisting with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files and documents
• Drafting and filing legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Communicating with clients to gather information and provide case updates
• Preparing for and attending depositions and trials
• Coordinating with outside vendors, experts, and other parties involved in the litigation process
• Managing and organizing trial exhibits and evidence
• Performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling and maintaining calendars

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
• Experience in personal injury law
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Attention to detail and strong research skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
