Job Description

A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available in a K-12 educational setting near Abbeville, SC. This position is a direct hire, contracted role running from ASAP through the end of the school year, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact through comprehensive psychological services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine Special Education eligibility
• Assess conditions including Specific Learning Disability using the PSW model, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop appropriate student interventions and supports
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reports

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina School Psychologist License required
• Experience assessing a range of disabilities and disorders in K-12 populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within the school community
• Ability to begin work immediately and commit through the end of the academic year
