JLL is seeking a Space Data Manager to support the Workplace Planning Team by maintaining accurate space data across client portfolios. The role involves managing and maintaining CAFM/IWMS database applications including space attributes, floorplans, space types, and seating layouts, ensuring physical changes are accurately reflected, and coordinating with the CAD team. The manager will apply office space categorization principles (BOMA, OSCRE) and maintain accurate business unit ownership and allocation. Responsibilities include creating standard reports on supply/demand, vacancy, density, utilization, and costs, delivering reports across multiple timeframes and geographical levels, conducting monthly floorplan reviews, performing data and drawing audits, and maintaining compliance with client data governance programs and SLAs. The role requires collaboration as the primary contact for floorplan and space data requests, liaising with Occupancy Planners, training client end-users on CAFM/IWMS systems, and coordinating with internal teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in architecture, Space Planning, Data Management, Data Analytics, or Occupancy Planning, with 5+ years of experience managing data, preferably in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients, and experience with CAFM/IWMS tools such as Serraview, Archibus, or TRIRIGA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CAD, and the ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents are required. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are necessary, with Spanish as a plus. The role demands a self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
