Responsible for the bulk movement of freight from Factories around the world, into multiple Fulfilment Centers, Distribution Centers and 3PL facilities throughout North America. Provide consistent communication to internal and external parties on the status of goods in transit. Adopt technology solutions that decrease workload and provide exception management tracking capabilities. Maintain a high sense of urgency in the growth and success of Fanatics globally.

• Create effective communication strategies that will ensure our brand’s transportation success across all segments of global logistics (air | land | sea).
• Oversee the development and distribution of inbound volume forecasts; domestic and/or import.
• Communicate and maintain inbound logs utilizing information from external data platforms to ensure our company’s On Time Delivery is set up for success.
• Handle communication with all necessary parties regarding shipments delayed in-transit and status thereof. Keep system IN DC updated accurately to reflect when goods are expected to be received.
• Identify and resolve situations that arise from transportation exceptions and potential delays.
• Utilize customer TMS to route direct orders from 3rd party facilities.
• Process delivery orders and / or work orders directing cargo to the final destination as needed.
• Assist with carrier onboarding including communications; updating and distributing routing guides & transit matrix; as well as capturing preferred sailing details.
• Drive the Origin Order Management program/platform; work with PCC Logistics and Order Management Provider to keep standard operating procedures accurate and up to date.
• Ability to recognize challenges and turn them into opportunities.
• Training and knowledge share with other teammates to build a strong department foundation.
• Ability to transition spreadsheet data into meaningful information and translate into metrics.

• Minimum of [5] years of experience in international relations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Demonstrate ability to lead and drive effective change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized and detail orientated.
• Creative thinker that can easily adapt in an ever-changing environment.
• Collaborative problem solver with the ability to implement long term strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in international studies; Supply Chain; or a related field preferred.
